Terms of the Ads.Nateway.Net Service
Summary
Nathan Bedrick is an individual who swears, to the best of his ability, to properly account for the funds given to him by ads.nateway.net's donors in their collective efforts to purchase advertising media. No money will be taken for himself as the advertisements are a collective effort.
Nathan Bedrick intends to raise the 'goal' prices to what he believes is fair for each advertisement, based on the descriptions and time estimations he has. Because the price heavily depends upon the existing descriptions and relevant information, these will greatly affect the goals of all the ad collections run on this site. Ergo, an advertisment without much descriptive text and a vague date will require more 'research hours' by the sourcer of these advertisements.
Nathan Bedrick is likely to gain or lose money in the range of $50 with each transaction, due to Paypal Fees and varying taxes. In the case that a purchase advertisement requires more money than what was raised, Nathan intends to foot the bill, up to $100. If anything, the website, its services, and Nathan's lenience with goals are offered as part of this service.
For any ad-sourcing, Nathan Bedrick represents a collective of donators on his website (ads.thenateway.net), and considers them the equal owners of this non-profit, loosely organized, limited-liability, non-official organization. Upon this basis, the terms governing the 'sourcing' of any advertisment regards donators to the fund a temporary band of individuals who are performing the ad sourcing transaction. See fuller details below, in 'Agreement By Any Donator'.
Description of Donations to Rewards
In an attempt to get a hold on proper 'risk/reward' dynamics, Nathan has proposed the following donation/reward system to be what Nateway runs on, in V1. The primary goal of this system includes:
- to reward people who donate an average amount to the purchase of an ad with a copy of the purchased advertisement,
- reward larger donators (and regular donators) with access to ads they have not purchased
- and to reward regular (but minimal) donators eventual access to ads they desire.
The following donation guidelines apply to the obtaining of ads, which may be defined as the purchase through an ad 'sourcing' organization OR through an individual:
- Donating $200 US to the delivery of an ad warrants you access to the received file, and at most 5 other files throughout the website,
- Donating $150 US to the delivery of an ad warrants you access to the received file, and at most 4 other files throughout the website,
- Donating $100 US to the delivery of an ad warrants you access to the received file, and at most 3 other files throughout the website,
- Donating $50 US to the delivery of an ad warrants you access to the received file, and at most 1 other file throughout the website,
- Donating $20 US to the delivery of an ad warrants you access to the received file, but you can accumulate future deliverable ads with regards to the rules specified below, when a user donates less.
- Donating any less to the delivery of an ad does not warrant you to any files until you have donated at least $20-- at that point, you will and receive access to one of the files you have donated for.
You will only recieve any warranted advertisments upon completion of the purchase and addition of this ad to our records. This process can take up to two weeks due to Paypal Money transfers, contact with the source of the ad, and receival of the ad and upload to our records.
